2022年9月4日 · I have two full leg casts at the moment and would definitely recommend getting out of the house. Just stay careful and ask your doctor if you have any major concerns. It also doesn't have to be anything huge, just sitting outside can help a lot with anxiety and depression.

So here's my lists of must-haves when dealing with a toddler in leg cast: 1. A jogging stroller. This is going to be the best way to transport your youngin' around. Jogging stroller seats are angled in a way that your child's leg can be stretched out comfortably without putting pressure on his/her cast, plus it's protected from banging into things.
