曼谷，官方名称恭贴玛哈纳空，泰国口语简称恭贴，当地华人又称泰京，是泰国的首都和最大的城市，为泰国的政治、经济、贸易、交通、文化、科技、教育和各方面的中心。在2020年的人口普查中，曼谷就有约为1053.9万人，占泰国总人口的15.3%。2010年人口普查中，超过1400万人，即约有22.2%人居住于曼谷的都市郊区。曼谷市位于昭披耶河的东岸，邻近泰国湾。 曼谷的历史可以追溯到15世纪的阿瑜陀耶王国时期，最初是昭披耶河口的小型贸易集镇，之后成为吞武里王国和拉达那哥欣王国的都城。曼谷于19世纪后期成为暹罗近代化的中心，开始进行都市发展。而曼谷也在整个20世纪成为泰国政治斗争的中心，见证泰国大大小小的政变、示威和革命。1972年，曼谷被纳入特别行政区，并在1960年代至1980年代迅速发展，对泰国的政治、经济、教育、媒体和现代社会产生了重大影响。
