There's new disabled carparking near the cafe and most the path around the lake is mainly tarmac or at least hardcore. At points it goes right upto the lake side. There is also at least one wide wooden jetty accessible from the path. All that is assuming that fishing in the lake is officially allowed. That bit I can't answer :-)

Hi, there is pay parking near Jackson's Cafe at the lake, however people also park near a recycling drop off point on the left hand side of the road to the lake and is just a minutes walk to the path that leads around the lake, cafe and children's play area. I'm not sure how much the pay parking is as we could walk there.
