The location was quiet but still very close to the main attractions/locations we were interested in; very quick walk to the Alkumal beach. Having our own private pool and patio was very pleasant...
This is more of a preference thing but the mattress in the king bed is very firm; if you like a soft mattress, then this may not work for your back. One of the back doors doesn't really lock ...

Incredible view overlooking the oceab from the pool! Even bigger condo than we'd expected. Daniel (building mgr) was so friendly and quick to accommodate.

plunge pool, location on the bay
no internet. air conditioning rattled and roared like a diesel truck which made it impossible to sleep
