I’m sorry. We flew into Paris and stopped at chenonceau on our way to Bordeaux. I’m not sure of the distance but I can tell you that the drive is very interesting.

I’m not sure as I was only there in a car. It’s a big attraction so would have thought there is bound to be some provision but maybe not for overnight stays.
