New York State Road 394 links Interstate 90 near the Lake Erie shore and the parallel I-86 across the Empire State not far north of the Pennsylvania line. Access is rural but simple. We arrived in early afternoon on Saturday and left before noon the following Saturday. There is a bit of waiting in line at the gate to unload vehicles at personal lodging, and all vehicles then must be parked in lots across 394; there is a tram that enables guests to go back and forth to their vehicles during the residency to save what I'd term a reasonably short walk, but we lodged near the village center.
This is now the off-season, Oct.8, 18 and is it free to get in and is parking free?
