The new centre boasts a modern gym with 70+ state-of-the-art Technogym cardio and resistance stations, dedicated free weight and functional training areas and the two studios offer a variety of classes from yoga to HIIT to Les Mills RPM virtual fitness. Barnet Training Scheme (BTS) has moved to it's new home in the 25m, 8-lane competition pool with viewing gallery. There is also a 25m, 6-lane community pool plus learner pool for swimming lessons. The 5-court sports hall hosts Toddlers World, badminton, basketball, gymnastics, football and much more. The 3 health improvement rooms support a range of specialist programmes.
