Gummy Bear Cabin is nestled in the beautiful Lake Lure Village Resort and has access to Lake Lure. The open swim area with beach is located a short walk (or drive) past a quaint waterfall. There you will find a welcoming setting with docks, picnic tables, lounge chairs, and a kayak rack that holds two kayaks for your use. The town is dropping the lake for repairs to the dam Nov through March. Not only does this cabin have 3 bedrooms 3 baths, a wrap around porch with great views but it also has a game room where you can enjoy a ping pong, or just relax on the couch The cabin is located 3 miles from the shopping towns of Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. The Rocky Broad River flows alongside the town, where you can enjoy restaurants and shops, including an old general store, full of mountain-style gifts. All within an hour you will find the quaint town of Hendersonville which has many shops, festivals and activities.
