Hiya, I think there is if I’m not mistaken.. I can’t recall when or for how long but I think the snake advises them on something... sorry to hear that because it really is a beautiful show
Hey queentea2016, as you pointed you that you won the tickets in the lottery I was wondering how you re supposed to pay for them? Do you have to go to the box office and pay in person or is it possible to pay online? Best, Philipp

They do have lottery - I did not get them for Aladdin but School of Rock. I paid online and collected from box office before the show.
