Oh dear! I am very sorry to say that this place is definitely not wheel chair accessible. In fact, the uneven steps and small stairs which make this place unique and special make it challenging for many people who do not use a wheel chair. You could probably get into the tiny vestibule to have a look around, but would not be able to do a tour.
I doubt you can take your dog in the museum. Might enjoy walking around the grounds, although I don't know the policy. There are picnic tables close by at the tile factory.
