There are huts for people to do some picnic, when I visit, there were people gathered and having a good time, eating some snacks and soft drinks. I didn't see any signs that banned people from eating. Now, careful, barbecue implies fire and I would not advice it in a woodland area. I don't remember specifically a ban for open fires but it wouldn't surprise me if there is one. The huts as I remember do not have more than a table and some benches, not cooking or food preparation areas, not tubs or running water. Cold food picnic I would say is ok, but I would advice against a barbecue.
