Inpatient complex medical care and rehabilitation are offered at Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford. Outpatient rehabilitation is available on our Wallingford campus and at our Gaylord Physical Therapy Orthopedics & Sports Medicine practices located in North Haven and Cheshire.
