Hi, I’m visiting Glacier at the end of Aug. next year. I know the water levels will be lower at that time. So would a rafting trip or scenic float trip be better? I’m guessing even the rafting will be more of a float trip. So does one offer better views than the other? And advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Unfortunately, we didn’t do the bike tour, we did the Glacier Hike, but I can tell you our guides made it very clear from the beginning that our safety was their 1st concern. My …

Unfortunately, we didn’t do the bike tour, we did the Glacier Hike, but I can tell you our guides made it very clear from the beginning that our safety was their 1st concern. My biggest problem was getting acclimated to the change in elevation...but it didn’t take to long to settle into that either. I don’t think you have anything to worry about.
