I found an old article that mentions beach parking stickers and the option of one day parking permits. Is this the case now? How much for a day now? Do they charge off season as well?

Since we rented the house next door to this beach and parked at our house rental and walked over, we don't know the parking regs. The beach officially opens for the year on 7/1 and we were there in June. You really need to know the tide schedule before visiting as the waters here are very shallow and you can walk out forever at low tide. It is not the traditional long sandy Cape Cod beach we are used to from previous vacations, but a small town beach but very well kept up. If you Google Gray's Beach, Kingston, Ma there is a website for it but they do not give the parking rules either, but there is an email and phone # for questions. Trip Advisor wouldn't let me send you the link--sorry. We did notice on signs that dogs were not allowed, but noticed that everyday rain or shine the locals were walking their dogs there often off leash, but didn't notice any "output" left behind:) Have fun!
