We saw the paragliding but I never saw them take off. You can call the office there and I am sure they will fill you in they were very helpful.

The line for the gondola wasn't too bad on the way up. The line for tickets was much worse. I'd recommend buying your tickets in advance. As the day wore on, the line for the gondola down did get pretty long - I guess if you really wanted to be up at the top all day, it might be worth an express pass for the trip down. Or else just plan on leaving a little earlier.
