Are there any tours that take you to the base of the falls?

We saw a group of people horse riding towards the falls, so I guess yes. But check online before you go as all land there is private and not allowed to trespass ...
We'll be at the Hapuna Prince and want to do a hike so I came across the Hillawe Falls as closer than driving 8 hours to the Volcano National Park. Is the only way to see this via an ATV or can one just hike on their own?

You hike down an easy path.....not a difficult hike but really pretty scenery
