I do not believe the Viper Room has a Happy Hour per se. They simply open when the performers are ready to play and the bar opens. There is some parking on the local streets down around the residential areas and apartments, but it is very spotty and generally unavailable. Most of the lots are pay-to-park. The lot behind the Viper Room was $20.00. That would seem to be a typical rate.

There are booths and seats at the bar. Not sure if you need a reservation being in Hollywood and it being owned by celebrity I’m sure that may be difficult. It’s a great venue.
