We had a great time last weekend biking around the park on the roads. We have ebikes so stayed to the paved roads. The park is beautiful. We got out at some points and looked around. Got to see a Ga…loveatfirstsite的完整评论

Very friendly and helpful staff. Most all of the campsites are level. Some are FHUs, Lots of fun activities. Our favorite was the horseback riding. Well-mannered horses led along an interesting trail…temporaryhome3609的完整评论

Truly anywhere. I see many taking photos at the first area after you pass the ticket booth- it is on the right called Sunset Area. There are also areas near the lakes that are very pretty- pretty docks. Also on the nature trail at Lake Louisa parking lot- beautiful areas on the trail. Hope this helps!
Can you go here for the day for a family picnic or is it a camping only place?

Great place to go for the day. There are built in bbqs there so just bring your food and some charcoal with bbq tongs etc and you're ready to go. Lots of picnic tables around the lakes.

Oh yes!! There are many very nice, well-maintained trails for walking and biking. When you visit this park, you will be amazed at just how many people visit here just to take advantage of the wonderful biking/walking trails throughout this park and there are several lakes within the park and some of the trails follow paths near those bodies of water in very nice tree-shaded areas.
