Is there a set limit to the number of Day Passes issued each day to fish off the platform at the end of Llandudno Pier?

No, you are ok to fish at the pier, which opens at 8:00 am till 10:00 am summertime. You can get a day pass, no set limit from the cafe at pierhead £5.00 per person.
