Can anyone tell me what the walk from the Glenfinnan train station to the boat departure point is like? Is it relatively easy or somewhat strenuous, and how long does it take?

Hi Karen, Note that using the road is the long way to get to the boat. The shortcut is much easier.
I would love to do this cruise, but we will only be in the area Saturday-Monday in July. Are there any options for a weekend cruise? If not, how early is the Monday cruise? Thank you.
