Hi, I have a booking for the 2 night 3 day M'Gloria cruise in March. Over the past 14 days I have been trying through all kinds of means (booking site, website, social media and phone calls) to get hold of them to arrange for transfers from Hanoi. I have not received any responses and they don't answer their phone. I am now really concerned about whether M'Gloria is a safe option to book for our trip. Can someone please let me know if there is a way to get hold of them? Thank you!

I’m surprised as I found communication with them very good. We were able to book a transfer with them. I used bookingcom and their WhatsApp contact is +84973957044. Hope this works.
