I would reserve 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours for the main attractions. It matters a lot if you are traveling with kids, than you should reserve a much longer time.

there is no dedicated space for it but the Guards (depending on who is at the door and how friendly you are asking for it) almost always accept reasonable volumes to be kept at the entrance door (ie middle size backpacks or similar) Same works for kickscooters, trollers and other small gear.
