We unfortunately waited too long and ended up getting the back seats in the upper gallery. I'm wondering if I should just ask my money back 'cause I don't want to sit in a place where I can't see or hear anything. But if anyone has different thoughts, I'd love to hear them. FYI, I've never been to this theater before.

It's a cool old theater saved from the wrecking ball and a Memphis treasure. Many seats are compromised and me too over 50 years of going there have encountered unfavorable obstructions or seating to far back. I'm sorry you had a bad time.
Is there a picture of the view from the upper gallery? Are the views obstructed?

The view is not obstructed from the vast majority of the seats. I cannot verify that some of the seats at the very end of rows on each side may have some areas of the stage obstructed
I have Hamilton tickets and have 2 choices on where to sit: Row AA in the orchestra all the way against the wall or row E in the Right Balcony seats 5 and 7, which is best? Any view obstructions?

Any seat by the wall has some of the stage blocked. Take opera glasses!
Eat at BB King or Flying Fish or Texas de Brazil or Majestic. Night time be careful.

We ate at BB King’s and everything we ate was fantastic! Ribs, fried chicken, chicken & waffles and catfish. It was all amazing. Plus it’s only 2 blocks from the Orpheum.
