Have in mind last taxis back to cruise port depart around 5.30-6 PM, so if your ship departs late in the evening there's no point spending 7$ pp. You have 3$ pp (one way) mini vans outside the cruise port to the beach. There are a number of bars that offer drinks and lounge chairs at the beach. There is a boat that brings people over and drops them at the dock. Very convenient.
