Our Life Plan communities (sometimes referred to as continuing care retirement communities, CCRCs) offer a vibrant independent life with the ability to pursue passions, find new interests and engage in purposeful living. Our Senior Rental Apartments give older adults freedom from home maintenance and the burden of homeownership. Our Affordable housing communities provide peace of mind for low to moderate-income seniors with utilities included and manageable rents based on area median incomes and eligibility.
