The cliff is not dangerous, it's a big open area where you can walk and take nice pictures. Some jeep tours take you there as well, but I wouldn't recommend taking a 2yr old on the jeep tour since most of the tour is off-road and the baby can get sick, or even worse bump is head on the jeep when it jumps up and down.
