Our park spans 50 acres and has 9 historic garden areas so there are always quiet areas about the park even on busy days. Weather plays a huge role in how busy the park is as the more "perfect" the weather, the greater the number of visitors we usually see. Weekdays (Monday - Thursday), especially mornings, has the lowest visitation rates. But I would suggest that if you are intending to do a photo shoot of any kind that you contact our office and speak with our Wedding & Events Manager. You can set up a photo shoot with them or they can at least tell you if there are any areas that have a photo shoot already scheduled in them. Enjoy your visit.
