He is a short sale specialist and a designated Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) as well as a Certified Short Sale Agent (CSSA). Tom is a preferred listing agent for multiple banks and government asset managers as well. Living in Midland for almost 15 years, Tom understands the Midland market and the uniqueness of Midland area real estate.
