Hi The walk starts at ground level and is a wide, sloping incline. It also has a few angles so you don’t really notice that you are walking upwards. At various points there are lookout areas. It is a really interesting and great experience and I did not find it at all scary. I would highly recommend it.

I'm not too sure this place have plenty of ladders need to climb or like stairs? Or is there any pathway near ground? Thanks guys

From memory, it is all ramps or boardwalk so it suitable for wheelchair access and should be fine for your grandparents.
