You can get in from various parts and there is no entry fee to the park itself, only to the Disney Museum if you decide to go there.

You can use it on many of the paved trails, or potentially some of the gravel. Stay East of the Golden Gate bridge and you should be fine. The steeper trails are from the post office …

You can use it on many of the paved trails, or potentially some of the gravel. Stay East of the Golden Gate bridge and you should be fine. The steeper trails are from the post office up to Presidio Heights, and West of the Bridge. You can tour around the visitors center and follow a walking trail that is paved. If you go there first, they should be able to assist.
