Hi. My wife and I went to visit the gallery on Thursday 13th Sept at about 19.30 . The lady in charge told us the admission was 2 euros each. I had no change so I have her a 20 euro note. She said she could not accept it. A young lady, also visiting, offered to give us the 4 euros but we felt we could not accept it. I'm very disappointed with the museum 's staff member. We went out of our way to make a visit...surely this is poor for tourism.

This is awful. If they could not change a 20 euro note they should have let you in for free. I've visited many art galleries in Europe with free entry. So much for Cretan hospitality!
