I stayed in one of the new "family" cabins at Lake Darling and there was a family staying at one of them who had a dog with them. I checked several locations on the DNR website to find out how many dogs are allowed per cabin and if there is an additional cost and could not find out anything about dogs in cabins. My suggestion is to call the park before making that reservation online.
What should we bring to use in the camping cabin? Will there be anything in it besides microwave/mini fridge? I've looked online and it had minimal information.

We stayed in an RV, not a cabin. Sorry, I don't have an answer for cabin camping.
