We did not see much in the museum but spent most of the time in the gardens, which were beautiful when we were there. We saw a little bit of art around the museum entrance. I am not an art aficionado but what we saw was pretty unique and interesting. They have a website that will give you more information about their permanent collections and current exhibition. TripAdvisor would not let me post a link but you can google it. Sorry I could not be more helpful.

No photography is allowed inside or on the grounds. In years past, photographers used the beautiful grounds for backgrounds for pictures. But, some got a bit unruly, even brought a horse and buggy onto the lawn and ruined some of the flower beds, etc. So now, no one is allowed to use the area for photography. Seems a shame that some folks disregard care of others' properties and then we all have to suffer the consequences.
