Unfortunately. NO , there are no pets allowed in the state park due to wild life and the environment . And the canoe trips all navigate through the state park.
As already answered, bikes can be ridden on crushed-shell or paved paths. Where I was walking, I saw mostly crushed shells and the bikes all had all terrain tires.
