Hello! Is there any place near Mt. Tsukuba where we can have our tents on and spend the night so that we can hike before sunrise?

I didn't see any campsites nor tents in my several treks up Mt. Tsukuba. I also looked at the trekking map of the mountain area and there was not indication of campsite anywhere in the map.
