塞镇，法国西北部城市，诺曼底大区奥恩省的一个市镇，隶属于阿朗松区，其市镇面积为40.31平方公里，2022年1月1日时人口数量为4,182人，在法国城市中排名第2,641位。 塞镇位于奥恩省中部，奥恩河畔，是一个区域性的中心城市，勒芒－梅济东铁路和多条公路在此交汇。塞镇是天主教塞镇教区的首府，自公元五世纪起成为该区域的宗教中心。 “Sées”一名出自古典时期活动于此的萨吉人，后者为的一支高卢人部落。公元5世纪初，塞镇曾以拉丁语“Civitas Saiorum”的形式被记载。
