VIENTIANE, March 28 (Xinhua) -- Inflation in Laos dropped to 11.2 percent in March, down from 12.7 percent in February, according to the latest report from the Lao Statistics Bureau.

There are now a total of eight ASEAN central banks in the regional payment link. Brunei and Laos are now part of a region-wide initiative that aims to improve cross-border payments in the region.
