The Whiting Forest Canopy Walk at Dow Gardens in Midland, Michigan, is the longest canopy walk in the U.S., stretching 1,400 feet through lush woodlands, ponds, and meadows.

Takakura said that the county has been allowing canopy tour and zip line operations as accessory uses, usually when proposed as guided tours on land that’s mainly used for agriculture.
