The Boy Scouts’ transformation is nearly complete, but groups like Trail Life USA still offer boys what they need most.

Almost 100 people gathered at Guardian Angels Catholic Church in Chaska on Aug. 29 to see the third generation of the Boecker Family receive highest honors from the Boy Scouts of America (BSA).
