ASET Partners appears to be the lone incumbent that will carry onto the GTSS 3.0 pact and the other awardees are newcomers. DHS awarded the predecessor GTSS 2.0 in 2019 at a $98 million ceiling.
On the US side, the DHS and its constituent agencies US Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Homeland Security Investigations Cyber Crimes Center are tasked with implementing the pact.
