话说回来，枪支暴力问题真的无解吗？其实不然。不少国家和地区通过严格的枪支管控措施，成功降低了枪击事件的发生率。比如澳大利亚，在1996年发生大规模枪击事件后，迅速出台了严格的枪支管理法律，并实施了大规模的枪支回购计划，结果是该国的枪击死亡率大幅下降。相比之下，美国在这方面显得有些滞后，甚至可以说是停滞不前。
