Kleindienst Group, a leading global business conglomerate and master developer behind The Heart of Europe on Dubai’s World Islands, has unveiled plans to launch the Party Suites at voco Monaco Dubai.

IHG will manage Dubai's Cte d'Azur Monaco Hotel, the only operational property on The Heart of Europe project, using its voco brand for a soft rebranding to be completed by the end of the quarter.
