DETROIT — Add Katy Perry to a growing list of superstars that will play Detroit this year. The pop star will play the Little Caesars Arena on Aug. 3 as part of her globetrotting Lifetimes Tour.

At one point or another, I’ve seen a Katy Perry portrayal at Fremont Street ... Perry arrived in her familiar red latex pantsuit from her “Play” production at Resorts World.
