As the deck name suggests, Pikachu EX is the heart of this deck, delivering powerful early-game blows that can quickly turn the tide of battle. The more Pokemon you bench, the more powerful Pikachu EX becomes, capable of dishing out up to a staggering 90 damage per attack.
