吴说获悉，据美国财政部海外资产控制办公室（OFAC）3 月 21 日发布的特别指定国民名单（SDN）更新公告显示，Tornado Cash、Tornado Cash 网站以及多个或与 Tornado Cash 相关的以太坊地址已从制裁名单中移除。Tornado Cash 是一个以太坊上的混币协议，允许用户匿名进行交易，此前因被指控为朝鲜黑客等非法活动提供洗钱渠道而被美国财政部制裁。
