I traced the history and have signed testimonials from all of the previous owners. The gentlemen that originally ordered the car is still living in the London Ontario area.

2011年3月8日 · A possible reason as to why Yenko only chose six colors for the 1969 Yenko Camaro is in the way he managed his inventory system. Yenko seemed to use the car colors to group the car on his inventory sheet so maybe by limiting the colors it would simplify his inventory tracking and at the same time match the color availability from the assembly ...

2011年3月8日 · Re: 1969 Yenko Camaro info At one time there were 3 '69 Yenko Camaro lists: SYC, Rabbits, COPO Connection. None of them matched for the same reason: Yenkos paperwork was hand-written, copied dozens of times and is very hard to read.

2011年3月8日 · It mentioned that only 2 1969 Olympic Gold Yenko Camaros of the 10 produced had white stripes. The Nankivell Chevrolet sold Olympic 69 yenko recently found is number 3. See that post for pictures.

2011年3月8日 · Not all 69 Yenko Camaros had SW tachs, only cars built prior to May 69. Starting at about the 06A built cars, they came equipped with factory in-dash tachs. The "standard" location for mounting the SW tach was by drilling 2 holes into the gauge housing, on the left side, in front of the speedometer.
