2024年9月24日 · I had a 1978 model that I bought in the mid 1980's. It was my first Harley and I have a soft spot for these smaller bikes. Sportsters were the fastest Harley's at the time and this one looked the part but it could not compete with the Japanese bikes on the street. I kept it for a couple of years. It was pretty reliable and always attracted a crowd.

So, I narrowed the list to just five others: BMW's R18 Classic, Indian's Super Chief and Springfield, and Harley-Davidson's Road King and Heritage.
