In searching the internet, I found how to "uninstall" the feedbackhub (as an APP) and did this. The APP is no longer present, but the folder and underlying files were not removed.

2024年6月30日 · And here is the kicker: I was just able to submit feedback using the Feedback Hub on my ten year old laptop (Windows 10 Professional) logged in with a different Microsoft account but within the Feedback Hub app I used the same Microsoft account I use with my new PC. On the old PC I logged out of the Feedback Hub and tried the feedback on my new PC.
