Full Day 1 early morning do the hike from Fira to Oia, then lounge at pool, early dinner then watch sunset from our hotel. Full Day 2 jet ski or boat tour around volcano then dinner out. We only have 2 full days in Santorini before heading to Folengandros then Milos.
