Pictures and videos are often about as compressed as they can get and since programs are essentially made of random data that doesn't compress well, they won't compress much further.

2018年3月19日 · When compressing pictures, make sure to select the option to compress all images. Better yet, you should not edit images inside of Word. Do all of your image manipulation outside of Word, only insert the final image.
